Rita’s career spans diverse sectors, including public care, healthcare, technology, retail, food, and public services, where she specialises in fostering high-performing teams and transformative leadership.

She has a Bachelor of Education, is a former lecturer in Business Management at Surrey University, and has spent more than 25 years teaching secondary school children. Transitioning to a career in corporate training and coaching, she founded Savran Ltd, earning accolades such as Small Business of the Year (2016), Best Woman in Business (2017), and Global Woman of the Year (2024).

Passionate about empowering women in leadership, Rita equips her clients with tools to navigate challenges and achieve success. She has coached underprivileged female students in India and supported disadvantaged youth in the UK through leadership development programs.
