Vendan Ananda Kumararajah is an internationally recognised transformation architect, systems thinker, and originator of the A3 Model — a new-order cybernetic framework for embedding ethics, distortion awareness, and agency into advanced systems, governance, and artificial intelligence. A Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK) and alumnus of the University of Derby MBA programme, Kumararajah has furthered his expertise through executive education in transformation management, digital maturity, and strategic leadership. His scholarship draws new intellectual lineage by tracing Stafford Beer’s Viable System Model to Indic philosophical traditions, thereby restoring a long-overlooked Eastern dimension in the history of cybernetics.

He is the author of Navigating Complexity and System Challenges: Foundations for the A3 Model (forthcoming/2025), which grounds the philosophical and operational foundations of the A3 framework. A subsequent A3 Manifesto is in development, positioning A3 as a structural alternative to conventional compliance-driven governance models.
