Dr Mohammad Muneeb Khan (M.B.B.S, M.R.C.P [London], MSc Clinical Oncology [Birmingham University], F.R.C.R [London]) currently works within NHS England and has played a pivotal role as a Principal Investigator in multiple national and international cancer research trials.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr Khan is deeply committed to medical education, having taught at medical school and having actively mentored junior doctors and medical staff. His lifelong passion for cancer prevention and treatment began at the age of 15 and has since driven his career and advocacy efforts.
Dr Khan is the founder of Killing Cancer Kindly (KCK), an international cancer awareness and education charity based in the UK. The charity focuses on spreading evidence-based knowledge about cancer prevention and treatment, operating independently of his NHS work.
In addition to his medical practice and charitable initiatives, Dr Khan is an accomplished author. His books, You’ll Wish You Were an Elephant: Killing Cancer Kindly and The How, What & Why of Cancer: Separating Fact from Fiction, offer clear & comprehensive scientifically supported guidance into cancer prevention.
Through his work, Dr Khan remains dedicated to equipping the public with the knowledge needed to prevent cancer, make informed treatment decisions, and challenge misconceptions surrounding the disease.
