Bontle Senne has led global digital, people, and operational transformation programs in nine countries and M&A integrations in three countries. She specialises in inclusive leadership of complex change in global matrix organisations in financial services. telecommunications, healthcare, education, media, and construction. She has held director roles at Deutsche Bank, Virgin Media, VMO2, Tyme Bank, Green Park, and Teach First, alongside senior advisory roles at McKinsey & Company and OneLeap. Her achievements include leading pre and post-merger integration for a £31bn telecommunications megamerger, rebuilding a national education system during an Ebola epidemic, leading pre-acquisition due diligence and planning for a ZAR1.5bn ($90m) fintech acquisition, leading a global Agile and DevOps transformation for 9000 corporate and investment banking employees, building a generative AI corporate venture focussed on inclusive leadership development, and leading a £8.5m organisational redesign and change programme in a national charity. In addition, Bontle is a published author, a minority owner of the feminist publishing house Modjaji Books, and a certified professional (CPC), ADHD and Agile (IC-ACC) coach. She holds a Masters in Digital Transformation (MSc) with distinction from the University of Hull and a Bachelor of Social Sciences (Honours) in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) from the University of Cape Town.
