Buki Mosaku – Career Conversations: Moving on Up

Buki Mosaku will be on the panel of an upcoming event for The Insurance Institute of London, Young Members Committee (IIL YMC). The event on 11^th June 2024, ‘Career Conversations: Moving on Up’, will hear from panel members about the highs and lows of their careers. Key topics for discussion will include effective communication strategies, articulating your value proposition, and building a network of supporters. The panel will also discuss the importance of transparency in the promotion process and identifying and overcoming bias in a collaborative manner. The panel will be chaired by Kimberley Hallam, Marine Liability Underwriter at QBE and Chair of IIL YMC, and will include other industry leaders including  Amanda Scott, Managing Director Global Mergers & Acquisitions Leader at WTW, Matthew Waters and Managing Director at Harrison Holgate.
